Il Cantico delle Creature di Francesco di Assisi

Bound in 2001

Split board binding with leather spine and vellum boards. Graphic on front cover depicts the alchemical symbols for air, fire, water and earth. Title on spine letterpress printed in Albertus Title. Sewn on four vellum slips, laced through joints on cover. Hand decorated pastedown and flyleaf; endsheets are Lana Laid text.
